Let's share our favourite music videos!

I've got to say that I love many of Madonna's ones, particularly "Vogue" and "Justify my love" - Busta Rhymes' ones are usually pretty good as well, and Missy Elliott's.

But you may not be familiar with Mylene Farmer, who's the most successful female singer in France. Her videos are just a cut above the rest. My favourites are "Libertine" (a first part feature-film like video, lasting 10 minutes. It's got everything...sex - nude scenes, fights, stunts - which she does on her own, gun shots, etc.) and its 17 minute-long second part "Pourvu qu'elles soient douces" narrated in English.

Obviously, it's a shame that the videos couldn't always be played from start to finish, and - sometimes - were being cut out, but I've never ever since anything like this before or since.

I like watching the old, old vids b/c it reminds of me of GOOD music long gone. Also, the vids weren't as commercial and tangible as those created today. Prince is my favorite artist for vids if I were to pick one person.

Nick - wow, it is hard to JUST pick one. I have some footage of him in thigh high leggings'. You know those sweater like material things that dancers used to use. I think that has to be my all time favs as his hair was like a wiry out of control HUGE bush and he was around 20ish age wise. LOVE THEM!! Dez ****erson and Andre Cymone days. You are probably way too young to know who they are.

And yes, today's vids are tooooo materialist for me.
