Hello!

My favourite TV shows are: Most Haunted (Living TV) it's about investigating paranomal activity in haunted buildings/areas. SPOOKY!!! I also like "Pimp My Ride" of course; and "Vie Publique, Vie Privée" ("public life, private life") a talk show with celebrities about a chosen topic affecting their lives. Last week it was about personalities who hit rock bottom in their careers and bounced back. I like TV series "The Twilight Zone" (Rod Serling), "Sex and the City", "Columbo" (what a man!!), "Sugar Rush" (UK series about lesbian teenagers...it's hilarious), "Eastenders" (a British TV soap), and I'm watching a lot more movies since the Film 4 channel has become free... :)

Anime is much more intense within the design than animation is. Japanese influences most of what we see in (in America at least) even though there are anime illustrators/storyboarders across the globe. I believe anime started in Japan though. Spawn (the HBO series now on DVD) is another example of anime. It is multi-dimentional layering (such as shadows and other intricate details) that really keep me seated as to like cartoons. odd MacFarlene on the DVD explained the difference and even showed how both techniques were done. I wish Patrick were here b/c he is big on anime as well.

Oooh, pretty much Ro$$hi but what makes the story is the intense graphic design AND the uniqueness of the characters brought forth via the creators creativity. Ya see? It's just like movies that are remade and/or tv shows turned to movies. Some you are going to like b/c of the present day story and how it is carried out (The Last Holiday)... annnnnd some you wish they never ever tpuched (any TV show brought to big screen)

I watched OnDemand my fav show, CSI, over the weekend. Now, I though being that it was there OnDemand that I would definitely not getting A ad right? Well what they did is, during they showed, say CSI Miami or NY and then they had the audacity to show a Letteman segway. I was pissed again but hey, it was free and the run times was 40 ish mins. (previously OnDemand shows were .99 each) Oh well.....

I watched The Blair Witch Project, I think it is called... I was sooooo bored. And to think that ish was filmed in Maryland.

Anyhow, I watched XXX- State of the Union for the umpteenth time. Scott Speedman is just so f'ing gorgeous. Xzibit flexed his bicep in the tank and I fell off the sofa b/c I never remember seeing that part. DAMN, what a huge arm!!!!!!!!!! (GASP)

And to see Mr Depp again and again... I had PotC (first part) again for the holiday b/c PotC Dead Man's Chest is due on DVD beginning of Dec. YAAAAAY!!!

yeah I saw it...the whole series...it was pretty cool, but I guess it was too short...just 13 episodes...but with blood everywhere :D...I also heard that there are new episodes...manga style in which they resume the series but with some effects that make you want to see more...:P

I have it on DVD. I picked it up on Ebay, perusual. Someone was talking about it one day and I was allllllllllll up in their conversation, right? They knew I love anime, so off to Ebay I went and had it in like a week. They were so mad at me b/c they did not know it was there. It's been in and outta my house about 10 x's now. Loved it.

I am trying to think of this anime I saw about a ship in space... they had to kill some people aboard this fleet. Man, it is stuck in my head but for the life of me I can not name it. I loved that one too.

I saw this movie called "The Wild" over the weekend which seemed to be the leftovers from the cutting room floor from Lion King, Madagascar and one other one. I also tapped DOOM with THE Rock and then deleted it b/c I just could not sit thru it at all.

Trick My Truck has been doing some AWESOME truck makeovers, man it had me in tears on several eps.

Oh Dark Fury was AWE-SOOOOOME. I bought it. It bridges Pitch Black and Chronicles of Rid**** together, if you will. When it originally come out here in the states, you could ONLY get it on Pay Per View. Then it went to you had to purchase one of the two movies. Later, the demand forced them to offer it up solo.

Rob & Big - MTV's wacky yet newest un-reality show bout a skateboard kid who is part something to DC Shoes. He is a 3ish yr young skateboard wiz since like 12 I think. Mad business around him, just filthy rich with a 6'6" executive protection duded weighing in at 416.

The dog, is like the funniest at times. He has a bad smell in his azzz and they washed all up in it. He got into some chicken wing bones in the trash and had to be rushed to the vet to get the bones outta his tail and stomach too. Dawg had a seizure and all. Napster, you may know, ended up in HUGE litigation over artist's rights to their music. Then since AudioGalaxy was the smaller but well known version of Nappy, they kinda fell off real quick to avoid similiar situation(s).

Back then I was was a MAD AG user as opposed to Nappy. But I was as scarred to use I don't like leaving my connection connected for hours on end. Cable is always connected, to some degree, I do know. But, if you have the right software you can cut it off, so to speak, which I do. Firewalls to the nines but still, I like to be exxxxxtra safe.


Maryland is a state in the USA. One of the smaller ones under NY and next to Wash DC and Virginia. Annapolis is our capitol and I am about an hourish outside of it. And no, since I hung up on The Academy, I have no need to see Tyrese in the movie aptly named. Go MidShipmen, GO!!

I think every guy, practially, likes toons whethere they have kids or not. I mean, it's a natural b/c of toys. He likes video games and gadgets too from what I read... just a normal guy thing, ya know. I have yet to meet a male that did not have some sort of knowledge, at least, about some toon.

The younger guys teens to 20's are sorted between the two things we are vibing on.

My travelling friends are all over the net. hey depend on the net to keep in touch with kids, fam, etc. I have too many of the others though, that will say, "you just waste your time on that net". I think being on the net as long and as consistantly as I have, it gets old some times. But I love interacting with new people, so here I am. I ended up playing out all my time on Bejeweled and I am crying about that. They want $20 for the full version. I think I see a gift to myself very soon. I also played Scrabble which I am horrible at. I also found Family Fued too. I loved the televised version and was so sad when I learned one of the hosts, Ray C, had committed suicide. Richard Dawson was like the best host ever, to me, to this day.

So, I think I feel a delelte key being activated as that BookWorm game was tooo friggin' long. :mad:

Well I am pissed with FF now b/c in the Holiday version, it asked what city do people go to in the winter. I put NY and it gave me a wrong answer buzz. So, answer #6 was, friggin' NY :mad:. And it freezes my lappy. BOOOOT!!

Zulu Gems is what I was last on. Seems like these GEMS games get me everytime. Girly ish I know. I even played Wheel of Fortune too. Well, I have about 16 word games to go check.

I tried to exit from Family Fued and got stuck on a black screen with the mouse pointer (from the game) there too. It is a big GOLD arrow and it was not moving. So I hit ctrl, alt, del to see what it would do. My pointer, which is purple, came up and still... black screen and that GOLD pointer. So I am like WTF. I had to reboot to get out of that ish. Happened on all 3 version of that game - Original, 2 and Holiday. So, they all 3 got DELETED. Nothing freezes the 'puters, nothing.

Uhmmm.... I can play as long as I have lives left to play with or till I get bored, who knows. In Zulu Gems.... I was playing for a long time before I realized I had 3 lives to start with. In Bejeweled you just play until you don't reach the required level needed to move on to the next one. I like Bejeweled because there's so many variations of that game.

Racism is very very prevelant here in the USA. It is not as UNDERLYING as people may want to believe. But, in the 60's and on back, African Americans were murdered for the color of skin, and nothing else had to matter. Lynchings, beatings to death and any other means necessary by whites who despised us just for who we were. I am sure other minorities were effected but AA's had been slaves in the US since woooah, early 1600's I think and possibly prior.

But yes, there were signs that told us where to eat, drink, sit and yes, piss. :rolleyes: Remember Rosa Parks and the back of the bus issue? Remember Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr fighting for our rights to merely exist? That's what it was all based upon - racism. Still today, although there are no slaves OWNERS per say, we are slaves to a system b/c we allow it. The KKK (Klu Klux Klan - White Supremist) can freely march anywhere in the USA and I, for one, think that is horrific.

I've been a victim of direct as well as in-direct racism and it's not so pretty.

Lupin was stooopid, in a funny way. And sadly, no I did not like Naruto. Sorry.

But Howl's Moving Castle was eclectic. It was all over the place and kinda confusing. And I kinda despise subtitles b/c you HAVE to pay attention or you'll miss ish. I ended up rewinding like fiddy times. :p But far worse on this one's subtitles, they had white text on light backgrounds such as skin or clothes and it was very hard to read. That pissed me off most with it. It was a cute love story anyhow.

Spirited Away is one of the titles on my list. I forget which other one right now. I went on IMDb.com and did some research on what other titles of his to get. Have you or anyone else seen any other's you'd recommend?

im usally at course aye... free internet there... umm dont watch much TV play with my wii wii haha and my xbox... so i dont usally watch much on TV except maybe some simpsons bitta home and away (laugh u mite say) id rather watch other ppl have problems sometimes... ummm... and some good programmes like Prison Break and 24... cant afford satelite yet but why??? can only watch 1 channel out of 150 channels... well they got this "My Sky" u can record up to 2 programmes and watch a 3rd at the same time, and auto records ur weekly programmes if u cant watch them store up to 60 hours worth of recording and u can have it for 500 bucks but i think u rent it not keep it aye so if u can afford well more power to ya..... otherwise im usally hangin out wit my daughter

Yeah CONcast Digital has some funky feats sort like Sky but I swear if I could throw that ish out a window I would. I tried to watch an ep of PMR last weeked and it gave me this blasted error message. Then from there I had a million firggin' pixels every menu prompt and in other shows too. The movie is very interesting. I do not like Tom Hanks as the lead actor at all. I've watched it twice now and it has me very curious. Anyhow, My Mom told me it would make me question my religious views, faith and beliefs. And it does. Now, I MUST read the book. But I can't say I will ever understand any of it.

yup Di, I read the book and I watched the movie, and there's no point of comparison...the book is really good until you reach the end...then it sucks...and the movie was mediocre, I saw it last year in the premiere night, and I can say I kinda wasted my money...I expected more of it...but oh well...the only good thing was that woman, she is absolutely cute, I don't remember her name...and tom hanks? he's done better roles compared to that one...I liked him better when he did rescuing private ryan...

We have (or had) a show on that was called Fear Factor. I saw the celeb version where Busta Rhyme, KIT car guy, Donny Osmond, John Travolta's wife and some others were on either one ep or over several. well, I saw "The Perfume" last friday,(I dunno if it was the premiere or something in theaters) and I can say it was a GREAT movie...but you'd say it'd be better if you read the book before you see it...it's simply amazing...the story of a guy who has no smell but can smell even the smallest trace of scent, follow it, decompose it, create fragrances, and stuff like that...if you like that kind of movies you should see it...it's worth it...
