To All the Xzibit fans/supporters... no matter where you are in the world and if you celebrate or not, be ever thankful for all that you have and what you have not. Continue to pray for those whose Thanksgiving Day may not contain a whole lot.

For the US it is today Roshan. It is usually the 4th Thrrusday ever year.

I am up so early b/c I am finishing my house's meal. It consists of:

Baked and stuffed Cornish Game Hens

The "stuffed" also is a dish of Martin's Potato Bread stuffing which has Italian Sausage in it is homemade by me.

Green Bean Casserole - green beans, cream of mushroom soup & Durke Fried Onions also by me

Homemade by me Macaroni and Cheeeeeese

Skillet Fried Corn

Mashed Potatoes - I cheated (shhhhh)

Apple Cake

CheeseCake Pudding Style with Cherries

Homemade (by me) Sweet Potato Pie with Eggnog used instead of Sweet Condensed Milk or Evaporated Milk as used in normal recipes.

Damn I hope that pie turns out good b/c of the Eggnog. So a you can tell, I've been up awhile getting this done. Layatah!!
